  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic, Company Management Systems, Procedures, and client specific requirements, where appropriate.
  • Source diverse, qualified candidates through various means, including online resume databases, social networking sites and networking with professional and community-based organizations.
  • Schedule candidate interviews monitor the results of candidate interviews and inform the candidates on outcome.
  • Proceed with the advertisements for the job openings and track of applications submitted.
  • Provide the first skimming of applicants and direct them to Hiring Authority
  • Administer offer letters, pre-employment medical examinations, email templates and new hire kits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions and other recruitment activities.
  • Foster effective communication that includes proactively keeping others informed and providing feedback in a timely matter.
  • Create and maintain an effective recruitment tracking and filling system.
  • Arrange medical insurance and issue of PPE for new starters as required.
  • Update of Master Rotas and personnel movements.
  • Ensure that employee’s records and associated changes are entered/ updated correctly within the strict time frames.
  • Administer the receipt of vacation requests and reflect the changes in applicable systems
  • Check POB reports daily, verifying them against crew changes details and Master Rota.
  • Carry out general administrative duties such as photocopying and filing documents, maintain an effective filling system
  • Respond to personnel inquiries in an efficient way.
  • Stand as a Key Contact for employees in daily issues and provide a consultation for personnel as required
  • Liaise regularly with Rig Clerk, Rig Manager and Operations Team, arrange the crew changes regularly, inform personnel regarding travel arrangements and mobilization details
  • Arrange replacements of personnel who are absent from work.
  • Greet and meet the employees on travel arrangements when required.
  • Receive and arrange submissions of approved timesheets/ payroll related documentation to payroll

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Recognized qualification related to the discipline
  • 2-3 years proven work experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Azerbaijani language (Russian is an advantage)
  • Strong experience in MS Office, (HRB and SAP knowledge is an advantage)
  • Impressive organizational, time-management and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and to work with minimal guidance
  • Commitment to safe working practices, policies and legislation.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to adapt manner to deal with employees and mediate at all levels.
  • High degree of integrity, ability to work with sensitive data and maintain trust and confidentiality.
