  • Buy materials/services on behalf of the company and its projects, optimizing costs, observing requested time limits, and quality standards
  • Check on correct transfer of goods and materials
  • Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering ,f&b,rooms, to understand their procurement requirements and prioritize purchasing activities accordingly.
  • Resolve supplier disputes and address any issues related to delivery delays, quality issues, or pricing discrepancies.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hotel purchasing role is desirable;
  • Good PC knowledge, including MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word and Excel);
  • Knowledge of regulations and laws (Incoterms);
  • Good communication, coordination, and organization skills;
  • Self-discipline, mature attitudes and behaviors;
  • Well organized and proactive;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Commitment to safe working practices, policies, and legislation.
  • Enthusiastic and hard working;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages (both verbal and written)
