• Receiving and managing procurement requests
• Conducting market analysis based on requests, researching required goods in both internal and international markets
• Obtaining and analyzing quotes, then forwarding the results to the sales department
• Managing the procurement process (execution of orders, monitoring, closing, and preparing reports)
• Handling all documentation related to procurement activities
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing suppliers and seeking out new suppliers
• Expanding the partner network
  
• Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00
  
• Negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and skills
  

• Higher education (engineering specialties are preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (both written and verbal)
• Technical knowledge and the ability to read engineering project drawings
