Expertise in succession planning to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Ability to create and implement succession plans that align with organizational goals.
Monitoring the overall performance of employees in an organization and devising strategies to improve it.
Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
Research best practices in human performance, and design and develop a tailored performance management system

*BSc, MSc Diploma, (CIPD or SHRM qualifications are desirable)
Work experience: min 5 year (*4-6 years of experience in talent management, performance management, or a related HR field.)
In-depth knowledge of talent management principles, including recruitment, employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
