  • Ability of sending/replying emails & discussion on the phone/ what s app with clients
  • Prepare & customize tour programs of Group/Individual Packages for Inbound tours
  • Manage hotel reservation, bookings, visa apply, coordinating groups/FITs
  • Make contracts with foreign agencies
  • Weekly & monthly reports about sales
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Manage relationship with agencies
  • Checking Venues, Groups, Hotels 
  • Discover new places, activities 
  • Quickly & effectively resolve customer issues
  • Ability to make verbal presentations to groups of various sizes
  • Passion on delivery of given targets on time weekly
  • Provide the highest customer service excellence
  • Work in a team environment


Extra Details

1. Working Hours

  • Weekday: 9 am - 6 pm (weekdays)
  • Saturday: 9 am - 3 pm (weekend)
  • Day-off: Sunday


2. Terms & Conditions

  • 2 weeks training period (Trial)
  • Female Candidates are preferable
  • Legal Contract 
  • Bonus from each group

  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Fluency in English Language
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Excellent written, verbal, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years of Hospitality/ Travel/ Marketing management experience
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Strong organizational, analytical and presentation skill
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
