Develop and execute strategic plans that drive modernization and optimize production metrics in alignment with company objectives.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to design actionable strategies for new product implementation based on modernization efforts.
Support expansion initiatives, from product diversification to entry into new markets, with a focus on competitive positioning.
Work with senior management to define and implement KPIs that track the success of modernization and optimization initiatives.
Prepare and deliver strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership to guide decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in strategy development, business development or related roles within the metallurgical or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in developing executive-level reports.
Familiarity with strategic planning tools and data analysis software.
Knowledge of project management frameworks and business analysis.
Experience in developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
Verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
Awareness of sustainability practices.
