Project Development: Support the development of bioenergy, green hydrogen, and CCUS projects from concept to execution, including feasibility studies, design assessments, and cost analysis.
Technical Assessment: Conduct technical evaluations of proposed projects to determine viability, efficiency, and alignment with sustainability goals.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with internal teams (mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers), external partners, and stakeholders to coordinate project development efforts, including engineering, environmental, regulatory, and commercial considerations.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze technical data, environmental impact, and economic feasibility to support decision-making and project approvals. Prepare detailed reports, process flow diagrams, and presentations for stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with local, regional, and international regulations, standards, and best practices in renewable energy and sustainability.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and policies in renewable energy, particularly in bioenergy, hydrogen, and CCUS sectors.
Documentation and Proposal Development: Prepare technical documentation, project proposals, and funding applications as needed to advance project opportunities. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all process parameters, experimental data, and results for reference and regulatory purposes.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field from a reputable university. Master’s degree or additional certifications in renewable energy, hydrogen technology, or project management is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in chemical engineering roles, preferably with a focus on project development in renewable energy sectors (bioenergy, hydrogen, CCUS, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and familiarity with renewable energy project development.
Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, ChemCAD, MATLAB, or similar)
Experience in conducting feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and technical evaluations.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to present complex technical and project-related information to stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, analyze project feasibility, and provide recommendations for project advancement.
Project Management: Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate resources. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for thorough documentation and regulatory compliance.
