• Provide legal support in relation to registration, reorganization, liquidation of legal entities (commercial and non-commercial) in Azerbaijan and abroad;
• Negotiating and drafting corporate documents (charters, shareholders' / joint venture agreements), share and asset sale and purchase agreements and conducting legal due diligence in M&A transactions; 
• Provide analysis and implementation for the registration of entities to do business in Azerbaijan, including compliance with tax regimes, as well as to ensure proper legal standing of SOCAR entities.Advising on corporate law, corporate governance, civil law, and related areas;

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive legal practice in establishing, registering and re-organizing legal entities. Previous work experience at the State Registration of Legal Entities is an asset;Bachelor's degree in Law in Azerbaijan. An LLM degree in commercial (business) law from a reputable university is an asset;

• Experience in a law firm in Azerbaijan is an asset;
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a global function;
• Strong negotiations and problem-solving skills, with the creativity to propose different options and build consensus;
• Show proactivity, attention to detail;
• Show integrity, courage and sound ethical judgment;
• Membership in Azerbaijan Bar Association is an asset;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
