Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the work desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
Update calendars and schedule meetings on outlook;
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers;
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs via internal system (SUN\Genesis);
To show support to Procurement and Logistics Department in order to purchase the necessary equipment as well as equipment maintenance and forward to repair for;
To protect the confidentiality of files and registration documents.

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roles;
Fluency in English and Russian languages;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers);
Excellent organizational skills;
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
