• Manage and oversee all HR functions for the project;
• Lead the recruitment and selection process for project staff across various roles;
• Ensure smooth communication between management and project teams;
• Address employee relations issues and maintain a productive work environment;
• Oversee employee performance, conduct appraisals, and support professional development;
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies;
• Coordinate employee training and development programs to meet project needs;
• To calculate payroll for project employees;
• To be ready for business trips to the Gobustan and Khizi areas;
• To work according to the project's and client's policies and demands;
• To address all HR-related issues during the audit;
• Also, provide support with international recruitment, sourcing employees from the global market, and, if necessary, conduct headhunting;
• Possess a large network of connections and be an expert user of LinkedIn;
• Additionally, have strong networking skills and knowledge of other recruitment tools.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in construction or related industries;
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Advanced English is mandatory;
• At least 10 years of experience in HR is required;
• Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is highly desirable;
