- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in construction or related industries;
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Advanced English is mandatory;
- At least 10 years of experience in HR is required;
- Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is highly desirable;
