- Manage daily ERP operations, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues in collaboration with IT and vendors.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for management, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Gather requirements from cross-functional teams, translate business needs, and design data models.
- Conduct ongoing data analysis, identifying trends and insights for strategic recommendations.
- Ensure seamless data integration between ERP and Power BI.
- Coordinate system upgrades and module integrations with IT and vendors to support reporting.
- Monitor data quality and compliance with data protection regulations within ERP and Power BI platforms.
- Lead ERP and Power BI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate reporting needs, progress updates, and insights to top management.
- Provide ongoing support by adjusting reports and dashboards based on business priorities.
- Prepare and verify pricing files for brand managers, aligning with business objectives.
- Upload approved pricing files to the ERP system after final review, maintaining records of adjustments and approvals.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP system administration (experience with specific ERP software is a plus).
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is desirable.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI, including report creation, and data modeling; experience with SQL queries for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
