• Document current and future state processes, defining requirements for changes.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for transformation projects.
• Develop business cases for transformation initiatives including cost-benefit analyses.
• Facilitate workshops or sessions to map out customer journeys or business architectures.
• Ensure that transformation solutions meet business needs and objectives.
• Support the implementation phase by working closely with IT and business units.
• Contribute to project planning by defining the scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables for transformation initiatives.
• Collect data related to current processes, system performance, or customer feedback to support analysis of transformation needs.
• Create and deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate transformation achievements, strategic goals, and key initiatives to senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) and presentation tools (e.g. Power Point).
• Good understanding of business process re-engineering and change management.
• Exceptional communication, change management, self-driven accountability, proactive ownership.
• Proven ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• High resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are highly regarded.
