  • Initial receipt and circulation of documents received by the company
  • Receipt and circulation of documents sent by the company
  • Registration of incoming and outgoing documents as per requirements of internal procedure
  • Document Circulation System Control and Database verification
  • Physical and e-archivng of all post office documents (waybills, CEO letters and transmittal forms) in a proper manner and provision to company Archive
  • Identify, report and troubleshoot issues 
  • Execute line manager’s and department heads verbal and written instructions to ensure fulfillment of work duties
  • Execution of the duties in compliance with the procedures and instructions
  • To provide confidentiality of the company data
  • Preparation of necessary reports and timely provision to Line Manager
  • Improvement of existing systems.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higher education;
  • More than 3 years’ experience in related field;
  • Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages (written, speaking and listening);
  • Computer literate (Outlook Management, Word, Excel);
  • Strong communication skills;
