Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Provide high quality, accurate and timely legal advice to the respective country management.
- Draft, review and negotiate tenders and contracts with our customers.
- Provide legal support in day-to-day operations of the company (including advice on laws and regulations applicable to the oil and gas industry, general employment, dispute resolution and company laws);
- Management of litigation and arbitration, including managing external law firms/counsel and liaising with company secretary.
- Advising on issues pertaining to our agents, distributors and JV partners
- Must adhere to a strict code of ethics.
- Must be licensed to practice law in applicable areas.
Xüsusi tələblər
- A Bachelors degree in Law is required, while a Masters degree in Law is preferred.
- 8-10 years’ post-qualifying legal experience; experience in Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
- Experienced in contracts/corporate commercial work and able to handle general legal matters and negotiations with customers.
- Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent English and Russian language skills (both written and verbal), additional language skills would be an advantage
