Participate in different stages of M&A / Valuation / Feasibility Study / Business Plan development and other Deal Advisory projects;
Assistance in financial modelling in Ms Excel;
Assistance in drafting deliverable documents (business plans, feasibility studies, business and Fixed Asset valuation reports, etc.);
Preparation of proposal materials for potential clients;

Bachelor or Master degree graduates with majors in Business Administration/Economics or Finance.
Having at least 1-2 years full-time professional experience in business, investment or corporate finance backgrounds.
A good basis of corporate finance and accounting knowledge, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of business valuation methodologies. Understanding theoretical base of valuation approaches: income approach (DCF) and market (comparable) approach.
Strong Microsoft Excel modelling skills.
Strong report writing and visualisation skills in PowerPoint.
Proficiency in English (must), Russian (preferable) and Azeri.
Having a good working stamina and ability to work under pressure.
Team spirit, determination, willingness to take action and quick thinking.
CFA Level 1 or ACCA (F2, F3, F7, F9) qualification is an advantage.
