- Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and maintaining strong relationships to identify new service opportunities
- Project Leadership: Manage and deliver technology consulting projects on time and within budget, while overseeing project teams and adjusting plans as necessary
- Technical Solutioning: Provide expert advice on technology trends and design solutions that align with client objectives, conducting assessments and feasibility studies
- Team Development: Lead and mentor junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team
- Business Development: Contribute to proposal writing and client pitches, supporting the growth of the technology consulting practice
- Quality and Risk Management: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, manage project risks, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Innovation and Thought Leadership: Publish thought leadership content, participate in industry events, and drive the adoption of new methodologies and tools
- Financial Oversight: Manage project financials to ensure profitability and track key metrics related to client engagements
Xüsusi tələblər
- Minimum 3 years of professional relevant experience in technology consulting or a similar field
- A recognized university degree with a technical background (such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, etc.). Master’s degree preferred
- Strong analytical and visualization skills
- Understanding of how IT, Digital, AI, Cybersecurity, and Information Security practices drive business value
- Commitment to improve your IT knowledge and pursue related professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, PMP, CISA, CISSP, etc.) in the near future
- Proven ability in team management, including mentoring and developing junior team members
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani
