  • Analyze and improve Business Processes
  • Facilitate process optimization efforts
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand improvement needs of company
  • Monitor and evaluate improvement initiatives
  • Set standards for process documentation and monitor implementation
  • Support process change management, facilitate smooth adoption of process changes in company
  • Develop process maps using industry-standard tools (BPMN, simple flowcharts)
  • Map and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their process improvement needs
  • Propose and implement solutions for process automations and other improvements
  • Identify and recommend technology solutions to automate and optimize processes
  • Gather data from stakeholders, available systems and reports to assess process performance
  • Assist process owners in defining and measuring process KPI’s
  • Monitor implementation of proposed solutions, ensure optimization goals are met, recommend adjustments as needed
  • Create reports to communicate findings and improvement progress
  • Coordinate process documentation, provide guidance to process owners on documenting their processes and ensure standards are followed
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of improvements and process changes.



Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Economics, Strategy, or Technology
  • Over 3 years of general experience, including at least 1 year specifically in process analysis
  • Process mapping and modeling tools knowledge and experience.
  • Process improvement tools and methodologies. Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean, PDCA, etc.
  • General understanding of automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms)
  • Strong writing skills in Azerbaijani, including the ability to create clear, concise process-related documents.
  • Proficiency in English for communication, reporting, and documentation.
  • Communication skills.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills: for reports, process documentation, and delivering presentations.
  • Collaborative working: skilled in working with cross-functional teams to gather input and build consensus.
  • Strong analytical mindset: to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes.
  • Problem solving: ability to propose innovative and practical solutions to complex problems.
  • Adaptability: open to change and able to adjust approaches when priorities shift or new challenges arise.
  • Commitment to continuous learning: staying updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies.
  • Business Analysis certification is a plus (e.g., PMI-PBA, CBAP, or equivalent)
