• Manage various spend categories, develop category strategies, and optimize sourcing efforts across multiple product lines.
• Conduct data‐driven spend analysis to identify cost‐saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
• Ensure full compliance with vendor agreements, contracts, pricing, and legal obligations. Maintain updated records for all procurement‐related contracts and regularly review terms.
• Utilize ERP system, Excel for data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support procurement decisions and strategies.
• Lead and assist in the planning and execution of internal events such as supplier meetings and workshops.
• Work closely with teams such as Operations & Maintenance, HSEQ, Logistics to align on business objectives and ensure smooth execution of procurement‐related activities and events.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance through KPIs, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives. Support PSC Team with the process and reporting.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuous supply and minimize disruptions.
• Administration of Work Orders under Technical Service Agreement using ERP system
• Support Company’s initiative to streamline procurement processes, optimizing workflows, etc. This initiative focuses on eliminating inefficiencies, improving cycle times, and driving continuous process improvements to align procurement operations with Company’s goals.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to enhance procurement workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and operational practices.
• Oversee the vendor add process, assuring that Counterparty Due Diligence (DDQ) reviews are completed for new vendors.

• Diploma: BA / BS degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain is mandatory ‐ Master Degree is preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Procurement and Supply Chain or Finance
• Strong business analytical and report writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications in particular Excel, Power Point for presentations, SAP and any other e‐sourcing tools, as applicable (Advanced level of Excel is a must).
• Language Requirements: Fluent in English, Azerbaijani (spoken and written)
