• Coordinate Design Activities:
  

Oversee and coordinate design activities of contractors for DUPS and Switchgear systems.
Review and respond to technical queries from contractors and clients.

• Document Review and Management:
  

Monitor and manage the timeline for design reviews.
Check and verify DUPS and Switchgear documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Meetings and Progress Monitoring:
  

Conduct regular meetings with contractors and clients to monitor project progress.
Regularly review project schedules with internal teams and external parties.

• Budget and Cost Control:
  

Control project budgets in collaboration with the cost management team.
Ensure all financial aspects of the project are managed effectively.

• Contract Management:
  

Manage all contracts related to DUPS and Switchgear systems.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any changes or disputes.

• Inspections and Site Visits:
  

Manage and participate in inspections and site visits to ensure project standards are met.
Address any issues or concerns identified during site visits.

• Project Management During Construction and Commissioning:
  

Oversee the project during the construction and commissioning phases.
Ensure all activities are completed on time and within scope.

• Resource Analysis and Management:
  

Analyze required resources for tie-in detailed design.
Manage tie-in design for constructability and ensure it meets project requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing DUPS and Switchgear projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
