Position: Lead of Help Desk Support

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems discipline
  • Experienced IT professional with 8+ years of expertise in technical support and IT service desk management by ensuring all service levels are achieved in line with the need of a safe and efficient IT operations.
  • Have demonstrated a consistent commitment to ensuring the efficient functioning of IT service desk operations and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Monitor proper tickets closure/escalation processes.
  • Proficient in the usage/application of standard diagnostic, test equipment and software tools. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
  • Post-holder is required to be up-to-date on evolving IT technology and market best practices.
  • Hands on Experience in service desk and support team operating according to ITIL standard
  • Basic knowledge of cyber security standards
