  • Supplier Research & Management: Assist in identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities.
  • Purchase Order Assistance: Help in the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and placing reorders when necessary.
  • Procurement Documentation: Help maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Vendor Communication: Assist in communication with suppliers to follow up on deliveries, resolve issues, and track procurement progress.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends and pricing.
  • Procurement Reporting: Support the preparation of regular procurement reports for management review.
  • Support in Negotiations: Assist senior procurement staff in preparing for negotiations and supplier meetings.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Students who have graduated from university are also considered for this position;
  • Previous experience in procurement or supply chain is an advantage (internships are acceptable).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages;
  • Basic knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
