Oversee daily warehouse stock movements and ensure proper storage conditions;
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics providers for efficient stock handling;
Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and storage standards;
Utilize 1C and Excel to maintain real-time stock records and generate reports;
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels;
Provide regular reports on stock movements, discrepancies, and warehouse efficiency;
Develop and enforce warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs);
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance stock accuracy and reduce errors;
Ensure compliance with financial, accounting, and operational guidelines;
Work closely with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align stock levels with business needs;
Train and support warehouse staff on inventory best practices and system usage;
Communicate effectively in Russian and English with internal teams and external partners.

3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management;
Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field;
Preferably retail or logistics industry experience;
Proficiency in 1C accounting software;
Advanced Excel and database management skills;
Fluent Russian (Required);
Good English (Preferred), strong proficiency in 1C accounting software and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis);
Strong mathematical skills – Ability to perform accurate calculations, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision-making for inventory optimization;
Ability to handle and analyze large databases with precision;
Knowledge of warehouse inventory management best practices;
The ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently;
Strong decision-making skills based on data analysis and business requirements;
Excellent planning and time management abilities;
Capability to oversee warehouse teams and ensure smooth inventory operations;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian (required) and English (preferred);
Ability to work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
