At Wemark, we are in the process of building our production team and strategically expanding our video production scope. As a Production Coordinator, your primary focus will be coordinating review videos, horizontal and vertical reels, and TikTok motion-style content.

In this role, you will manage small-scale productions aligned with our current capabilities while contributing to the development of the production team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth execution of content types by arranging the right props, selecting suitable locations, and coordinating key stakeholders such as videographers and cast members.

Additionally, you will handle product handover documentation, maintain communication with store and logistics teams, and manage email correspondence related to production. You will track deadlines, identify potential risks or delays, report them, and propose effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.

Beyond execution, you will play a key role in structuring workflows within the newly formed production team, documenting progress, and providing regular updates to leadership.
