To be responsible for fault registration, fault notification and fault escalation on any problems on network, on IT, Intelligent Network or subscriber sides
To facilitate and support all planned work to ensure maximum network availability and customer satisfaction
To notify, to escalate and update critical issues
To monitor Trouble Ticket status handling and solving
To monitor Key Quality Indicators alarms
To monitor state of Radio/Transmission Network elements
To monitor state of Core Network elements
To monitor decreasing and increasing of Voice, SMS and Data traffic
To monitor IT and Intelligent Network elements
To keep specific safety instructions and procedures and to supervise strictly for their following and execution
To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management
To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions
To keep confidentiality of the company data.

University degree in telecommunications or information technologies
To follow the development of new technologies and telecommunication evolution.
Experience in the sphere of cellular network.
3rd, 4th year university students or recent graduates from the faculties of Telecommunication or Information Technologies.
