- Provide expert support on seed sector dynamics in domestic and international markets including:
- supply and demand of seeds of various crops
- status of and constraints to production and processing
- status of and constraints to marketing and trade of seeds
- roles of different actors, seed traders, NGOs and farmers
- the overall policy environment and trends
- Develop the marketing strategy of the Central Laboratory by providing expertise on different aspects of the seed supply sector
- Carry out the training on marketing strategies and business development for the Central Laboratory managers
Xüsusi tələblər
- University degree in agriculture, agribusiness management, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience working with the private/public seed sector or within the context of externally financed projects
- Working knowledge (level C) of English
- National of Azerbaijan or resident of the country with valid work permit
