Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Organizing and executing assigned business projects (strategy, feasibility studies, restructuring, investment plans, TOM, market research) on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
- Meeting with assigned clients when needed and performing an initial assessment of a current situation
- Collecting information about the client’s business to define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
- Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
- Supervise and train a team of Consultants by assigning tasks and reviewing results to achieve project objectives
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field. Master/MBA is preferred
- Experience working in Big 4 and Big 3 consulting firms is highly preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is required (preferably in consulting/business advisory/financial services)
- Well-developed broad knowledge of different industries and business functional areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, and operations
- Strong consulting skills: business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving, communicating complex ideas
- Experience in Strategy, Process Optimization, Restructuring, Market Research projects
- Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and high motivation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel and Powerpoint)
- Fluency in English is required. Any other language would be considered as an asset
