Organizing and executing assigned business projects (strategy, feasibility studies, restructuring, investment plans, TOM, market research) on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
Meeting with assigned clients when needed and performing an initial assessment of a current situation
Collecting information about the client’s business to define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
Supervise and train a team of Consultants by assigning tasks and reviewing results to achieve project objectives

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field. Master/MBA is preferred
Experience working in Big 4 and Big 3 consulting firms is highly preferred
2-3 years of relevant experience is required (preferably in consulting/business advisory/financial services)
Well-developed broad knowledge of different industries and business functional areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, and operations
Strong consulting skills: business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving, communicating complex ideas
Experience in Strategy, Process Optimization, Restructuring, Market Research projects
Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and high motivation
Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel and Powerpoint)
Fluency in English is required. Any other language would be considered as an asset
