• Commitment to teaching excellence,
• Contributing to curriculum and program development, and accreditation of the degree programs,
• Publishing in reputable peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences,
• Collaborating with fellow faculty members,
• Serving on university and school committees as needed,
• Providing students with consistent and effective support and guidance, including thesis and capstone project supervision,
• Delivering a teaching load of 3/3 for Assistant Professors or 3/2 for Associate Professors. The teaching load may be reduced to 3/2 for Assistant Professors who demonstrate a strong research record or potential.
• Participating in university and community life.

• PhD in Operations and Supply Chain Management, or related field from an accredited institution by the start of employment.
• Demonstrated strong potential for high quality teaching and research relevant to the position.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong commitment to serving both the university and society.
