This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Baku. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing account performance. The role requires building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Excellent Customer Service experience
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
