  • Day-to-day operational management and KPI reporting for regarding digital platforms & channel’s portfolio
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates on product development and app performance through regular reports.
  • Drive App Feature Development: Lead the definition and development of new features for the mobile app, ensuring alignment with the product vision, user stories, and business goals. Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
  • Backlog and roadmap Management: Prioritize the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the development squad and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on the product roadmap, development progress, and app performance through daily and weekly reports.
  • Follow up and actions to increase the customer base and revenue of the existing services under his/her account.
  • Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
  • Optimization works to increase the efficiency of the related processes
  • Increase App Usage: Develop and implement strategies to boost active users and overall app usage, encourage and ensure stakeholder delivery to achieve app targets.
  • Preparation of periodical (monthly, quarterly and yearly) reports, feasibility studies
  • App Strategy Execution: Oversee the transition of traditional call center and office transactions to the app, improving efficiency and user experience.
  • Product Documentation: Ensure all relevant product documentation is maintained and up to date. Provide training, presentations, and demonstrations to internal teams and stakeholders on new app features and functionalities.
  • Define and manage all project related internal and external (partner/supplier) stakeholders within project realisation/service,product development

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higher education - minimum bachelor's degree, marketing, administration, management fields are desirable
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising, marketing and project managementTechnologies, telecommunication fields are an added advantage
  • Azerbaijani - native
  • English - advanced
  • Russian – desirable
  • In-depth knowledge and practical skills in project management, PMP and equivalent certification is an added advantageAbility to use Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications for daily work
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking, time management, stress management, conflict management, exceptional communication skills and customer orientation, flexibility, presentation skillsTeamwork, agile learning and ability to adapt to changes, independence and initiative
  • Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
