- Offering products tailored to customers based on incoming requests;
- Providing clients with information about investment products and services, and executing sales;
- Answering incoming calls;
- Organizing meetings with clients both in the office and off-site;
- Preparing reports related to the work conducted;
- Proposing and selling the companys products and services based on requests;
- Attracting potential clients;
- Analyzing the products and services offered to clients;
- Addressing incoming client requests and issues promptly;
- Analyzing sales statistics.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Education: Finance or Economics;
- Required work experience: 1 to 3 years (experience in investment services is preferred);
- Foreign languages: Excellent in Azerbaijani and English; good in Russian;
- Computer skills: MS Office;
- Product-specific knowledge: Preference given to candidates with knowledge of local capital markets, margin trading, and other investment services; Proficiency in trading terminals (TradingView, Metatrader) is an advantage; Strong understanding of the psychology and principles of sales in financial services.
- Other requirements: Sales skills in communication with potential clients; Ability to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal skills; Attention to detail and responsiveness; Ability to work both individually and as part of a team; Fluent and clear communication skills, good diction.
