Candidates without proven experience in working with written content (e.g., articles, press releases, brochures, and written translations) will not be considered.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of professional experience as a writer, copywriter, written content specialist, or translator.

Language Proficiency:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani (native)/ English (IELTS 7.0 or above / TOEFL 90 or above).

Content Expertise:

• Proven experience in writing, editing, and proofreading across a variety of formats and platforms.
• Strong ability to research and analyse industry trends, market insights, and tone of voice.
• Skilled in refining and polishing written materials to a high standard.

Creative and Analytical Skills:

• Demonstrated creative thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of Azerbaijani geography, literature, historical sites, traditions, and tourist attractions.

Organizational and Collaborative Skills:

• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced skills in MS Office and Google Docs.
