• We are looking for an IT Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of development tasks by enforcing processes, managing Jira workflows, and coordinating project activities. The role focuses on task readiness, issue resolution, and release coordination to keep projects on track. 
• Oversee Jira workflows to maintain structured and transparent task management ;
• Collaborate with POs, BAs, Developers, and QA teams to resolve blockers and ensure clarity ; 
• Support release planning and deployment coordination to ensure smooth production rollouts ; 
• Identify process gaps and work with teams to improve efficiency.

• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile environment ; 
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, backlog management, and Agile methodologies ;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work across teams ;
• Ability to enforce process discipline and accountability within project execution ;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure task completeness.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in fintech, banking, or payment systems ;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation practices.
