- Be a citizen of Azerbaijan
- Be responsible for sourcing, engagement, screening, assessment and hiring of suitably qualified and experienced candidates within given functions and specialisms and within timescales.
- Be creative with candidate attraction and engagement that sources candidates from the Energy/Oil and Gas/Renewables sector, and develop a pipeline for alternative skill sets from other sectors with transferable skills
- Source and identify suitable candidates using approved methods and maintaining up to date candidate pipelines
- Manage vacancies and candidates through company ATS ensuring all data is up to date and accurate
- Assist in developing cost effective and innovative solutions to sourcing of personnel
- Undertake management of recruitment activities ensuring a high level of efficiency, competency and productivity is achieved
- Attend relevant resourcing meetings and contribute, as required
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on best practise
- Daily interaction with Hiring Managers to ensure effective delivery of resources
- Research and report on market rates for multi-disciplines
- Assist, arrange and attend interviews with department representatives, assessing and recording candidate performance as required
- Assist with the development of resourcing personnel
Xüsusi tələblər
- Demonstrable in-house or Agency recruitment experience in a similar role
- Experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of job roles and departments
- Experience of sourcing candidates using various online channels including job boards, social media etc.
- Competent in the use of MS applications
- Experience in database management
- Excellent written and spoken English
