Provide support for the company's existing software systems.
Understand customer needs and assist in resolving them with other executors.
Monitor the resolution of issues with colleagues who support systems and third parties.
Make system adjustments when necessary.
Participate in testing before applying appropriate code and data changes to the system.
Participate in the handover of new changes to users.
Participate in the implementation of new software systems and in the handover of functionality.
Participate in the process of providing new reports and data exchange.

Education: At least 1 year of experience in a software support role.
Work experience: Experience working with databases.
Preference will be given to those with experience in working with MsSQL databases.
Other requirements: Analytical and algorithmic thinking skills.
