• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive TV platform subscriber acquisition, upsell and retention;
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to design and implement campaigns and initiatives that enhance user engagement and revenue;
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, and market research; 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze performance data to measure the success of growth initiatives;
• Develop and manage A/B testing strategies/campaigns to improve subscriber conversion.
• Work closely with content and product teams to enhance the value proposition of the TV platform

• Higher education;
• 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development roles, preferably in the media, entertainment, or telecom industry;
• Prepare and present reports on growth performance, opportunities and recommendations to senior management;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
• Proven record of accomplishment of driving user acquisition, engagement and retention;
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives;
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities;
• Communication and collaboration skills.
