- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT B2B sales, ideally in system integration or distribution.
- Existing portfolio of clients in the Azerbaijani IT sector is highly preferred.
- Strong network of contacts in retail, SMB, enterprise, or government sectors is a plus.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of the Azerbaijani IT market and key players.
- Strong understanding of networking equipment, consumer IT products, and vendor ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Bitrix24, HubSpot).
- Basic technical understanding of networking, security, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Confident in preparing commercial offers and product demos.
Languages:
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is required.
- Russian is a strong advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to travel for business within Azerbaijan.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is a plus.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and responsibility.
