- Approximately 1-3 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Expertise in data analysis and customer segmentation.
- Ability to create reports and dashboards.
- Database management experience.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Take a proactive approach to resolving conflicts and managing time effectively.
- Desired language skills: Azerbaijani - Fluent, Russian-Advanced, English-Intermediate.
