  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies tailored to various customer groups.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure CRM data aligns with overall company objectives.
  • Generate and present regular reports on CRM performance metrics.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and track post-sale support interactions, identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends and technologies to enhance CRM effectiveness and customer engagement.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Approximately 1-3 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or sales.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Expertise in data analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards.
  • Database management experience.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Take a proactive approach to resolving conflicts and managing time effectively.
  • Desired language skills: Azerbaijani - Fluent, Russian-Advanced, English-Intermediate.
