• Managing the delivery process of material and technical resources;
• Organise and control the delivery of materials and technical resources to warehouses, monitor the availability of all accompanying documents for the delivered goods and their timely submission for customs clearance;
• Continuous monitoring of deliveries for compliance with contractual terms;
• Monitoring that planned inspections are carried out on time and preparing relevant reports;
• Ensuring the correct preparation of customs and transport documentation;
• Implement OS&D (Overage, Shortage, Damage and Non-conformity) process in coordination with the warehouse team;
• Minimise unintended consequences by developing the most appropriate strategy for implementing corrective actions;
• Plan appropriate measures to avoid delays that may affect deliveries;
• Ensure continuous supervision of the receipt of electronic invoices for deliveries from local contractors;
• Ensuring the availability of final documents and certificates for each delivery;
• Updating databases (SAP, etc.) with timely and accurate information;
• Provide recommendations to optimise transport routes and logistics costs;
• Conducting analyses to reduce costs and improve supply processes;
• Managing risks and develop contingency strategies.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (oil and gas sector preferred)
• İnternational logistics and supply chain regulations
• Domestic and international transportation
• Incoterms (International Commercial Terms)
• Customs and export/import procedures
• Correct preparation of documents for the transported cargo (invoice, bill of lading, customs declaration)
• Knowledge of customs legislation and international trade regulations
• Compliance standards and safety regulations in the oil & gas sector
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Process automation and digital transformation
• Risk assessment and contingency planning
• Good communication skills, ability to work within a team
• APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Suite
