- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with all levels of management, faculty, government, international and including negotiation, presentations and public speaking skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups to achieve results;
- Ability to work in a team and independently with a high degree of responsibility and professionalism;
- Superior skills in customer service and relationship management;
- Be able to diplomatically build partnership with key stakeholders as well as faculty, clients (government), international organizations, diplomatic missions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point); SAP and CRM experience is a plus;
- Domestic travel may also occasionally be necessary;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English both writing and speaking; Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
