  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts for sales or survey
  • Carry out within the framework of company procedures, performance indicators and deadlines agreed with Line Manager
  • To provide timely and accurate information for ensuring high customer satisfaction    
  • Ensure providing high quality customer service
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales/survey targets in line with group/company goals   
  • Ensure the achievement of pre-established goals: sales, survey 
  • Keeping up to date on all products
  • To track the information sent by the training group
  • To carry out the accurate registration based on the results of contacts in the relevant system
  • Register customer response within the predefined rules and in the correct form 
  • If necessary, support Contact Center with responding inbound calls
  • Respond to incoming inquiries through designated channels
  • Meet company expectations for excellent customer service   
  • Provide high-quality service to subscribers, ensure subscriber's satisfaction and etc.
  • Carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management
  • To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions.
  • To keep confidentiality of the company data.
  • It is carried out directly in agreement with the manager and in accordance with the rules
  • (internal/external) audit results
  • Confidential information not to be shared

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Secondary or High education
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Services
  • Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, intermediate knowledge of English 
  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
