• Planning and preparation of plans for integration 2G, 3G, 4G Access Network Elements;
• Capacity utilization related investigations of 2G, 3G, 4G NEs for preventing negative affects to main network KPIs;
• Requests for capacity expansions of 2G, 3G, 4G NE.s (issuing WOs with suitable DB for addition extra Hardware and Software resources);
• Preparation of short and long term capacity and development plans related to MNOs demands and forecasts;
• Analyze statistics for Access Network capacity optimization;
• Continuously monitor the network traffic and observe various trends to detect any potential bottlenecks in advance and take corrective action;
• Initiate, design and develop projects in specific focus area (Network/Voice/Data) to improve service quality/resiliency;
• Explore new initiatives which meets technical requirements.

• Technical Bachelor’s Degree;
• Minimum 2 year experience in in Telecom/IT area;
• Language and computer programs knowledge: Azeri, Russian, English ; Advanced MS Office and basic Access, Planning/Optimization tools (MapInfo, Google Earth and etc.);
• 4G/3G/2G Radio Access System-Fundamental Level;
• Travelling to Business trip to regions if required;
• Maintain/improve RAN KPI;
• Investigate and improve radio quality of RAN.
