  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Onboarding & Induction
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensure new employees are integrated effectively into the company culture and operations.
  • Performance Management
  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management issues.
  • Learning & Development
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop and manage a compensation strategy that aligns with market trends and company objectives.
  • Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • HR Administration & Records Management
  • Maintain accurate and UpToDate employee records.
  • Oversee HR administrative functions and ensure efficient HR operations.
  • Offboarding & Transition
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
  • Analyze turnover data to identify trends and implement retention strategies.
  • 1C ERP HRM Module Integration
  • Collaborate with the ERP integrator to ensure successful implementation and integration of the 1C ERP HRM Module.
  • Ensure HR processes are effectively mapped and integrated into the ERP system.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of the ERP system.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing HR systems, preferably 1C ERP HRM Module.
  • Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian language skills are an advantage.
