• Plan, prepare, deliver, manage all internal HSE courses according to training program;
• Provide consistency of training topics with company and client requirements, regulations and best practices;
• Maintain availability of all training materials on all possible situations;
• Evaluate and update, if needed, prepare new materials on existing internal courses, collaborate with professionals on QHSE and Quality control department, construction department and other topics;
• Prepare and discuss training campaigns in order to deliver HSE culture to all employees through presentations;
• Prepare various presentations on HSE issues and prepare information booklets to promote safe working conditions in company;
• Attend HSE meetings if required;
• Provide implementation of best practices and improve HSE trainings;
• Provide consistent comments/reports on HSE trainings program to training officer;
• Take active role in technical assessment and attestation of workforce. Assess level of acquired skills;
• Communicate with training team to ensure on job and off job trainings are up to standards;
• Promote safety culture delivering consistent safety trainings;
• Translation of training materials and documents;
• Provide high confidentiality on correspondence;
• Perform any other tasks assigned by line manager.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tutor or HSE specialist (on site);
• Azerbaijani-Native;
• English (Technical);
• Technical translation from Azerbaijani to English/from English to Azerbaijani;
• Ability to prepare a power point presentations;
• Train the trainer or IOSH certificate.
