Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the program;
Creating and managing short-term and long-term goals;
Scouting and headhunting from Incubation to the Acceleration program;
Developing an evaluation method to assess the program’s strengths and identify areas for improvement;
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved;
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle;
Administration and implementation of program strategies adapt processes and procedures;
Supporting the management of the program;
Administrative support to the program;
Monitoring program results to ensure that objectives are being met;
Coaching the startups and moderating meetings that startups have;
Analyzing, tracking, and monitoring the progress of startups;
Preparation of canvas for new programs;
Coordinating the recruitment process for the programs;
The assistance of the program curriculum;

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field;
Proven experience in venture capital, private equity, or startup ecosystem, with a track record in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities;
Strong coaching abilities, demonstrating the capacity to empower and guide entrepreneurs;
Advanced proficiency in Azerbaijani and English is required; Russian is desirable;
Deep engagement and understanding of the venture and startup ecosystem;
Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent attention to details and accuracy;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
