Coordinate and ensure the generation of deliverables, reports, and procedures required for the project

Support management of the Engineering portion of the project as directed

Use expertise and project experience to solve complex problems by identifying innovative solutions

Interface with Captain & Vessel team

Interface with GDS/Vessel Communications (internet and phones)

Interface with Survey

Interface with ROV

Interface with Medic & HSE (Ensure HSE maintains obs cards and sends daily report)

Send Early Bird Report (still sending email, not OMS)

Host / participate in daily supervisor meeting and send out MoM

Send Vessel DPR & signed client copies

Logistics, Crew/Supply vessels and Personnel Changes (assist as needed)

Promote safety culture on vessel

Promote OII position for vessel NPT discussions

Coordinate/manage signed vessel timesheet (per well / monthly)

Report POB of ‘other contractor’ numbers. This can be summarized per well / month and sent in with vessel timesheet

Write Task Plans (as needed)

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Civil or Ocean Engineering)
Preferably 8 or more years' relevant experience from the subsea industry.
Ability to travel internationally for work scopes.
Valid driver’s license
Valid passport
Must be able to obtain:
Seamen’s book
Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET)
Experience in working offshore on subsea installations or IMR projects, both using ROV’s and diving.
Prior experience working Internationally.
Experience with conflict resolution and change management
Proficiency in using project planning software including Microsoft suite of applications.
