- Coordinate and ensure the generation of deliverables, reports, and procedures required for the project
- Support management of the Engineering portion of the project as directed
- Use expertise and project experience to solve complex problems by identifying innovative solutions
- Interface with client for overall Job Program
- Interface for OPG and 3rd party equipment & personnel
- Receive feedback/monitor comms between ACE room SME and vessel team
- Lead MOC’s and Risk Assessments
- Ensure procedural changes are maintained between client and engineering team
- Set offshore shifts and monitor crew levels
- Participate in operations & daily meetings
- Monitor spares usage and parts/consumable requests and replacements
- Ensure EFR’s are being completed by Lead Tech and team
- Approve 3rd party timesheets
- Ensure Certification Register(s) are being kept up to date
- Maintain Lessons Learned Register
- Mob / Demob coordination with onshore
- Facilitate capture of appropriate marketing materials
- Ensure Deck Layout and equipment readiness is documented
- Write Task Plans (as needed)
- Send Weekly Reports to Client and Management
- Fluids - MEG, Grease Control Fluid
- Critical Maintenance
- Work globally offshore
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Civil or Ocean Engineering)
- Preferably 8 or more years' relevant experience from the subsea industry.
- Ability to travel internationally for work scopes.
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Must be able to obtain: Seamen’s book Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET)
