Investigate cases of illegal collection, processing, and failure to ensure the protection of personal data, and send inquiries and requests to the relevant parties for this purpose;
Evaluate the legal violations identified in the field of personal data and participate in the implementation of measures provided for in the legislation regarding this matter;
Prepare documents related to judicial cases in the sector (appeals, objections, motions, complaints against decisions, etc.);
Participate in administrative proceedings related to the sector's activities;
Represent the Service in legal matters related to the violations at court and third parties;
Provide legal opinions when responding to inquiries related to the sector's activities;
Participate in the preparation of procedures, documents, and reports related to the sector's activities;

3-4 years of work experience in the field of Law;
Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Administrative violations, and normative legal acts, Data protection;
Experience in court representation and legal consulting companies is an advantage;
Knowledge of international and regional standards for personal data protection, especially GDPR, is desirable;
Experience in the application of Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Administrative violations is desirable.
Language skills (Advanced Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an advantage).
