This is a full-time on-site role for a MICE & Event Manager based in Baku, Azerbaijan. The MICE & Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing various meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) events. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing event budgets, creating event programs, and overseeing logistics to ensure successful execution of events.

• Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and cost control
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management
• Knowledge of MICE industry trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
• Previous experience in MICE and event management is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
