• Conduct market research and identifying potential clients
• Analyze the scope of work received from potential clients and preparing relevant reports
• Calculate costs, expenses, and preparing commercial proposals
• Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Keep records and provide reports on business prospects, requests for quotation, upcoming Tenders, tracking the contracts with explanations
• Manage contract renewals, prolongations, and required amendments in close cooperation with the Business Development Manager
• Assist in the preparation of analytical reports and business development strategies
• Establish business relations with clients over email, social networks and via phone 
• Monitor, maintain and report on Google Ads, AA Services Linkedin Profile and Upstream Online
• Responsible for Business Development Manager’s communication with clients, during their absence
