Lead and manage the spa and gym team, fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and continuous development.
Develop and implement wellness programs, spa treatments, and fitness offerings aligned with guest needs and industry trends.
Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including retail sales and membership growth.
Ensure operational efficiency through effective scheduling, inventory control, and vendor management.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service across all spa and gym facilities, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated, personalized wellness experiences for guests.
Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring effective service recovery and reinforcing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Organize continuous training programs to keep staff updated on the latest treatments, trends, and luxury service expectations, nurturing a knowledgeable and high-performing team.
Uphold and exceed Four Seasons’ luxury service standards in every guest interaction.
Lead the development of the spa membership program by increasing membership acquisition and fostering strong, ongoing relationships with members.

3–5 years of experience in spa or wellness operations, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role with responsibility for team coordination and daily operations.
Familiarity with luxury service standards and a strong commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
Basic financial understanding, including budget monitoring and contributing to revenue goals, with a focus on maintaining service quality.
A solid understanding of spa treatments and wellness offerings, along with a genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and guest care.
Strong interpersonal and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff and handle guest feedback professionally.
